Troy Turner - Marketing & Sales

Troy has been involved in the development industry since 1990 when as the director of marketing at A.V. Jennings he positioned them as Australia's largest builder during his 5 year tenure and for many years to come. He has since been extensively involved in the industry and is seen as one of the leading sale & marketing innovators.

In the late 90's Troy ran the exclusive packaging business for Henley homes in North West Sydney and the Central Coast and in early 2000's created a new packaging business for Devine Pioneer

He has managed the full gamut of sales & marketing initiatives and been involved at varying levels on projects on behalf of Lensworth, Stockland, Impala, Danallam, Ardel, Monarch, Babcock & Brown, Delfin, Lend Lease, Investa, Citta, Urban Pacific (Macquarie bank) and other private developers across most areas of SydneyNSW and QLD - from Jarvis bay to Hamilton island and Mackay.

With both his development and building backgrounds and his knowledge and contacts within the industry, Troy is truly the "Go to Man" when it comes to project marketing and house and land packaging.

William Gregory - Acquisitions

William has been involved in the development and acquisition space for the last 13 years. After finishing his education at St Joseph's College Hunters Hill 2002, William commenced his real estate career at Laing Simmons Potts Point/Pyrmont in 2003-2004 beginning in leasing and then progressed to residential sales. In 2005 William became the Licensee in Charge of Laing and Simmons Sydney City.

In 2006 William experienced an exposure to the development space and started acquiring and managing smaller boutique unit / townhouse projects focusing in and around the Inner West of Sydney (Camperdown, Annandale, Homebush).

After a period of compiling and managing development projects from 2006-2015, Will saw the emerging opportunity in the land development space as opposed to Unit and Townhouses, and then on behalf of his exclusive client lists, started to build relationships and consolidate broad acre land sites predominantly in the South West corridor of Sydney.

William has now developed an extensive land owner network and formidable reputation as an experienced negotiator of major transactions, purchasing over $600m worth of property on behalf of clients in 2016-2017. Since that time he has put together $700m worth of transactions for clients with specific briefs predominantly acting on large englobo land and land amalgamations.

Sales Team and Support

We have an experienced sales team focused on the growth centres in Sydney and on Land and House & Land sales.

The sales process for split contracts and land sales differs greatly from general real estate and needs an experienced team.

With three current sales office and plans for growth as our projects continue to expand, we also have an internal support team for Marketing, Administration, and Developer Support. Again, they are at the top of their game.
